What Sondo is

How Sondo's credit pricing works

• Output ignores the brief. Characters change between shots, a male voice sings a female part, prompts are only loosely followed.
• Paying to fix the tool's mistakes. One reviewer summarises it as "pay to generate, discover the defects, pay again to repair them"; another notes that "each tweak costs another 1,500 credits".
• Refunds. Reviewers report being told by Apple they were not eligible for a refund of their purchase and getting no reply from support; no company responses appear on the Trustpilot page as of this writing. (Sondo's own policy refunds credits for failed generations, but not for tasks you cancel.)
• Cancellation. Several reviews describe continued billing after cancelling, in one case months after deleting the account.
